Bloodstained boots - are they officially broken? - Guild Wars Forums

I have read people say they are broken, but has ANet acknowledged this somewhere?

They really don't do squat. Sometimes my well of power goes faster but that's probably just my 20% staff. Most of the time I can count off the full 3 seconds. I feel cheated.

Yes theyre broken, im very annoyed with this as Im a death necro. I think Anet need to be spanked for their laziness.

Wash them around 50 degrees in washer.
Otherwise take a brush, a bit of water and it'll get the blood stains out....
